What is his Session is About

"Manage Your State" is a guided Breathwork Daily Practice led by JJ Ruescas.

This short practice is divided into four phases:

The first two phases will relax your nervous system, and also prepare it for the next phase.

In phase three, we'll use a technique to accelerate the blood flow in your body and stimulate the system.

Finally, in phase four, we'll down-regulate from the previous phase, clear the mind, and get you back into a present state.

What You Need

  • A place where you can sit or lie down for the entire practice and won't be disturbed
  • Optional:
    • An eye mask
    • Earbuds (to have a more immersive experience)

Precautions

In this session, you might experience light-headedness/dizziness and tingling sensations. They are part of the experience, and if you feel they're too intense, feel free to inhale for 4 seconds with your nose and exhale for 8 with you mouth.


Likewise, avoid engaging in this practice if you're driving, operating any equipment, you're inside a pool, or any body of water for risk of passing out.


It's important to prioritize your safety and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions before engaging in this breathwork session.
